Our approach

The degree and causes of facial sagging differ from person to person. We offer a range of options, from thread lifts that do not involve cutting the skin to facelifts with incisions placed where they are less noticeable, and we make recommendations based on each patient’s condition.

Facelift

Rather than lifting the SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) alone, we first release the retaining ligaments and then lift and secure the skin and SMAS together. Suited to more noticeable sagging and to patients who want the results to last longer.

Thread lift

Absorbable threads are placed with a blunt cannula that carries the thread, without cutting the skin. The threads are absorbed in about a year and a half, and collagen fibers form during that time.

HIFU (Ultraformer MPT) and injections

No cutting of the skin, and the downtime is relatively short. Used to tighten facial contours or to improve wrinkles and hollows.
